• Goods will be property of Tech Promotions until paid in full.
• All orders must be confirmed by email or fax.
• For all stock orders full payment will be required at the time of order placement. 
• For all indent orders 50% advance will be required at the time of order placement and balance 50% before delivery is made.
• Actual product’s appearance, colour, pattern may be different than it’s picture. We advise to order a sample if it of your concern.
• Courier charges will be charged at cost. We will try our best to use most economical way of delivery using the courier company we have account with. Provide details if you prefer to use your nominated courier company. Under no circumstances Tech Promotions will be liable for goods lost or delayed during delivery.
• Where third party delivery is requested then it is your responsibility to check that the delivery is correct as ordered. We will not accept responsibility for goods lost by the third parties.
• Goods may be supplied 2% over or under the ordered quantity and the delivered quantity will be accepted by the client as fulfilment of the order.
• All samples must be returned within 30 days or will be billed out to you. We do provide free sample to our existing qualifying customers, please enquire with our friendly customer service team.
• Once order has been confirmed it cannot be cancelled if we have started working on the job. If we have not started this particular job, order can be cancelled and a cancellation fees will apply. Confirm with our dedicated staff if you come across this unforeseen situation and we will try our best to accommodate you.
• Artwork must be supplied print ready. Redraw of artwork facility is available for the files not suitable for printing. Redrawing will attract charges @ $70 per hour plus GST. Please ask us for a quote on redrawing of your artwork.
• Incorrect product or order if supplied must be returned within 14 days of receiving it. Tech Promotions is not liable of any cost incurred unless checked and it proved to be Teck Promotions mistake.
